The enquiry form collects the details you provide, including your name, work email, organization, area of interest and message. Compliant-Path Health Consulting uses them to respond to your request and discuss a potential engagement.
The website and enquiry form are hosted by Netlify. Information submitted through the form is processed and stored through that service. Please submit business contact information only; do not include patient information, passwords or confidential documents.
Public sample
The sample workspace contains illustrative policy content. It does not upload your files or run a live analysis. Do not treat its sample findings as advice for your organization.
Customer workspace
Customer workspace access and data handling will be defined before a pilot engagement begins. This public site is not an approved channel for patient information or confidential document uploads.
